Welcome to this week’s ICYMI, where we kick off the week with a quick game-changing tip that you might have missed.

All of us have baggage, and more often than not, these past traumas aren’t even our fault. But when we haven't healed, these past experiences can lead us to feel triggered AF, which can strain all of our relationships. So today, we're throwing it back to the biggest lessons we learned about how to take responsibility for our own triggers, and how to create space and boundaries between our emotions and other people's baggage.
