How much mindfulness do you incorporate into your daily routine? Do you walk? Meditate? Journal? Some of us are more mindful throughout the day, with built in mindful habits that are ingrained in our daily routines, and some of us need a little bit more mindfulness encouragement.

It's easy to get lost in the chaos and to-do list of our days and use our time doing something mindless vs mindful to 'relax'.
