The wholesome "dopamine menu" trend has taken TikTok by a storm and I thought it'd be fun to break down what a dopamine menu is and give you some fun ideas to make your own menu and improve your happiness!

Dopamine is also known as the "happy hormone" and can be increased through little choices and things we add to our day to day.

Think of the dopamine menu as another name for mood boosters!
