I have always said this every time my back or someone else mentions they have something going on with their back! Me, I've spent just about half my life dealing with back issues. A combination of improper lifting techniques at a young age, years of playing football with old-school techniques, and a few other dumb choices over the years have gotten me here! For Amanda, this is something fairly new, but nipping it in the bud early is crucial!
