Have you ever wanted to add something to your exercise routine, but didn’t because you weren’t confident about it and didn’t want to look like an idiot? *raising my hand*
I recently switched up my workout routine at the gym and it took every little bit of bravery I had, but…I finally did it! So let’s talk today about four things I learned in this situation so it can help you beat the fear when it comes to your movement routine and step out of your comfort zone, too!
