In this episode, we explore the meaning of "sat nam", which roughly translates to "truth is my name." We drop into inner knowing, deep internal truth, and conscious wisdom. By accessing this deep inner well of light, we are able to meet others in our lives with the spirit of "namaste"--the light in me sees and honors the light in you. When we can open to and acknowledge the core of truth that exists within each of us, we are able to create connections build on that solid foundation of honoring.
