This is a FIVE MINUTE guided exercise to help you calm the body and mind during a trigger.
These triggers can be caused by anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, C-PTSD, acute or chronic trauma, and many other things.
Learning to recognize a triggered state and using breathing techniques and embodiment practices to reestablish safety and a sense of calm is a huge step in healing trauma.
