I'm super excited about this episode... mostly because Dr. Dawn is my personal functional medicine doctor, meaning that for the first time in my life, I had the opportunity to sit down for a long conversation about health and well-being with my own doctor! And by the way, she didn't disappoint... In this episode, we dive deep into things like the brain, the gut, and the role that "belief" plays in healing. I really appreciate her humanness, and willingness to slow down and describe things in a way that "the rest of us" can understand and relate to.
This was a great conversation... I know you're going to love this episode!!
Enjoy!
