In this episode I cover:

  • Understanding your stress or anxiousness on a deeper level.

  • Managing and making a new relationship with stress and or anxiety.

  • Self awareness around these emotions.

  • The deeper root cause of these emotions.

  • Lifestyle factors to be aware of that contribute.

  • Stress, anxiety and your brains survival mode.

  • A deeper look into our nervous system and creating new awareness within your body & mind.

This episode is not designed to completely eradicate all of the stress or anxiousness you may experience in your life, it is about creating new awareness within yourself, your body and your mind and eventually creating a new relationship with these emotions we all will experience to some degree in our life as we start to witness them more and become more self aware around them.

With new found awareness comes power, and when we have awareness and start to observe our emotions, our reactions and our thoughts - we can create the self awareness we need to start putting the tools in place or making the necessary changes we need to make to help us manage or lessen these emotions in our lives.

I hope this episode is helpful,

but please may I remind you, if you feel like your mental health is taking over and you have felt completely out of control of it, it is an amazing step, and so normal and so helpful and so necessary to go and see a doctor regarding this - and it will be an incredible decision for you to make on your journey of life.

Mental health is as important, if not more important than physical health, and we should ALL be putting it on the top of our priority to actively work on.
