Ever felt like life’s challenges are pushing you to the edge, forcing you to reconsider your goals and redefine your path? That’s been my story for the past year. I've grappled with an autoimmune disorder, a nagging hip injury, and the ups and downs of running my own business, all while trying to stay committed to my fitness journey. But, the beauty of it all is that these times of stepping back have paved the way for me to move forward with renewed determination.
I’m sharing my journey with you, opening up about my struggles and victories, from dealing with PCOS bloat to finding the right balance between accepting my body as it is and pushing for a more athletic look. I’ll let you in on how I’m crafting a more disciplined fitness routine amidst the chaos, and my foray into yoga as a healing practice. Trust me, fitness is a journey, not a destination, and it’s all about learning to navigate the bumps along the way.
