In this episode, I’m chatting with the author, psychotherapist and military mental resilience coach, James Elliott.

James has over 6 years of coaching experience from National League Rugby teams to Paralympic rowers, from Special Forces Operators to vulnerable veterans. He has a wealth of knowledge in designing, developing and delivering mental resilience training programs, both group training and one-to-one therapy.

James is the author of the book ‘Think Yourself Resilient. His book will teach you how to harness your emotions so that you can build confidence and transform your life, and, I’m excited to be discussing his book and his methods with him today.
