In this episode of Mojo Monday, Co-host Carly Taylor dives into the transformative power of one simple question we can ask ourselves. This question is one of three that is part of the Japanese reflection process called Naikan. Naikan has been shown to effectively help those struggling with anxiety disorders such as GAD and PD. Used as a regular journalling exercise, it can create a deep sense of gratitude and awareness of our place in the world.
