In this episode, I share tips for influencing others based on principles from neuroscience that come from the great book, "Your Brain At Work", by Dr. David Rock. Coincidentally, I started reading this book during the same week that I received this question from a listener:
"My 9 and 12 year old daughters are struggling with weight and image. How do I get them to want to eat more veggies and fruit (instead of junk food)?"
The book addresses scenarios almost identical to the one above which was a pleasant surprise. I had a ton of fun with this episode and I hope you find it valuable. Enjoy!
Want to improve your ability to positively influence and persuade others? Need some help working on it? If so, I'm available for coaching. I've worked one-on-one with Persuasion School listeners who want improve and I'd love to work with you too.
