Who is Dr. Caryn Zinn?

Dr. Caryn Zinn is a highly regarded Associate Professor at Auckland University of Technology, a registered dietitian, and an expert in nutrition. With over 25 years of experience, she focuses on the benefits of a whole-food, low-carbohydrate, healthy fat dietary approach. Dr. Zinn's research and clinical work emphasize metabolic health, weight loss, and sports performance.

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, she earned her qualifications in dietetics from the University of Cape Town in 1995 before relocating to New Zealand. She later completed a master's degree in sports nutrition and a PhD focusing on weight management.
