I wanted to take a brief season intermission and talk about why I started this podcast. In addition to wanting to offer my Buy Me A Coffee fans something more valuable than most fan subscriptions, mental health is a cause that is close to my heart. Take a listen to hear where and why my awareness of mental health began, how it informed my career as a musician, and how it brought me here– hosting a podcast called ‘None of Us Are Normal.’
