Just when I hoped that I might be finished with my grieving process, I find this exasperating emotion has come back to spend some more time with me. The truth is that I was being ridiculous in thinking that my grief was gone for good ;) It's just that I'm not so keen on feeling this particular emotion, and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in that regard. BUT that being said, I am aware that the only way out is through, and so forward I continue to trudge... with my pal grief by my side. If you happen to be familiar with the ebbs and flows of the grieving process then perhaps this episode will provide you comfort in the knowing that your not alone! AND I welcome you to reach out to me with your own experiences regarding your grief! I've heard it said, "Pain shared is halved." And I have found that to be true.
