Hey girl! It's Thursday & do I have an amazing Podcast episode for you!

This one is all about PROCRASTINATION!

Are you a perfectionist? Dreamer? Blamer? Overdoer?

If clouds are full of water,
they pour rain on the earth.
Whether a tree falls to the south or to the north,
in the place where it falls, there it will lie.
Whoever watches the wind will not plant;
whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.

~Ecclesiastes 11:3-4

If you want change but then find yourself pushing it off & so you struggle day after day to actually move forward....oh how I see you!

I remember opening up the fridge only to not know what to eat...yet, I had just left the grocery store. I remember looking at the clock, secretly wishing I could have something to eat...but in my mind, "it was too early".

If either of these situations resonate with you then I encourage you to listen in to Episode 109. I discuss how procrastination is a symptom of a feeling and underlying belief & how it can be unlearned & changed.

I share with you steps to take to STOP procrastinating on yourself & your freedom, so that you can find peace in your life & harmony in your mind & kitchen!
