My guest for this episode is Melissa Chataigne. We talked about the benefits of living a life well styled, as she puts it, which includes everything from how you dress to what you consume. We also discussed the struggles that come when depression rears its ugly head and how actively choosing to live is a victory in and of itself. (And to that point, I’ll mention now as a trigger warning of sorts that during this episode, we delve into the subject of suicide. We also made sure to balance out the serious stuff and laughed a lot as she made fun of my love for the movie La La Land, talked about how living a “Golden Girls” lifestyle is her ideal scenario, and how ultimately, she loves crocheting.
