Ep. 46. This is a first for Welcome To The Chaos as Niamh does a solo episode for you. Kevin was in London this past week to see Beyoncé (tune in next week to find out how he got on) so Niamh decided instead of missing an episode, she would just talk to you herself. You guys sent us in some more stories and one of the listeners had suuuuch a chaotic week - she had what some may call a ‘Niamh week’. Niamh then goes on to talk about how sometimes you need to just stop and simply let yourself be. She talks about trying to take care of herself, failing to do so, and then getting annoyed with herself. So even though she's really busy with life at the moment, she's just trying to take it all day by day and enjoy it the best she can.
