In this episode, I chat with Paige, a 30-year-old from Gatwick, about her inspiring weight loss journey. Over the past two and a half years, Paige has transformed her approach to health, focusing on long-term well-being rather than just appearance. We explore how she shifted her mindset, overcame struggles from her younger years, and found a balance between fitness and nutrition that works for her.

Paige shares how she dealt with weight issues from childhood and how turning 30 motivated her to take control of her health. She opens up about the mental shift that led her to focus on feeling better, both physically and mentally, rather than simply losing weight for looks. A key turning point for her was being unable to participate in an activity due to weight restrictions, which spurred her commitment to change.

Paige explains her workout routine, which includes weight training and Zumba, and how finding exercise she enjoys has been essential to her success. She also credits intermittent fasting (18-6) for helping her shed 63 pounds in four months. Paige talks about the importance of rewarding herself for each milestone with non-food treats, such as spa days and small gifts, to keep herself motivated.
