Before becoming a professional chef, Russ contemplated cosmetology school! Crazy how the world turns out but hear an amazing story about on Mom's desperate attempt for a meal for her son with Celiac's disease and how that chance encounter inspired Russ to take a brand new approach in the kitchen, mix things up and revamp the industry in his town. It's amazing how taking an adaptation approach to a problem becomes a new movement going forward!
