Welcome to the final episode with Sara Alam who explains how we can learn from the wisdom of our ancestors.

Over the last few weeks Sara explained how we can learn not just from the food our ancestors ate but their lifestyle. This includes the daily cycle and how our circadian rhythm is disturbed by modern living.

Our stress levels and what is natural healthy stress compared to unhealthy continual stress. How we belong to our tribes and society and how this translates in the 21st century.
