In this episode I talk to you about the importance of self-care for your high sensitivity.
The reason why it is so important is because of our sensitivity, because we feel everything so deeply, because we absorb the energy of other people, and we absorb the energy of our environment.

That is why our self care routine always has to be of the highest quality and highest priority, this is something I teach my private clients as part of their therapy.

Without the gift of sensitivity people can probably go a while without prioritising their self-care, although self-care should be a priority for all.

However for you with your high sensitivity that really isn’t an option, your self-care is as important as breathing.

You really want it to become second nature, something that you do naturally and know it is of the upmost importance.
