Host Anna Lindberg Cedar, MPA, LCSW talks with Lisa Feldman Barrett, PhD who explains how neuroscience can help you better understand your physical needs and their associated moods. Dr. Barrett shares the analogy of the “body budget” to explain that the brain’s core function is to regulate complex needs in the body.
