If there’s ever been a time that humanity had to experience loss of all kinds, it has been the last 2 years of our lives. But what can loss teach us? Here to speak more on that is Krishna Khunti, an urban yogi, meditation facilitator, DJ, and wellness warrior, who believes that death is one of her life’s greatest teachers. She breaks down the dark veil that often shrouds death in society, talks about the inevitability of impermanence in life, and how we must not be afraid to explore different roles in life in order to fall in love with ourselves, so that on the day that death does eventually pay us a visit– we’ve lived a life worth living.

Follow along with Krishna’s journey on Instagram @urbanyogikrsna. To keep up with Sarah Jane Dias, follow her on Instagram @sarahjanedias, and don’t forget to check out @fegoco on Instagram for more feel good vibes!
