With the help of Sakara Science Council Member and Harvard-trained medical doctor, Dr. William Li, we dissolve many of the myths about metabolism that we’ve all been led to believe, including that your metabolism does not have to slow with age–but why you might still be experiencing a metabolic slow down and what you can do to resolve it. We also discuss the calorie myth, and why eating for our gut health means eating for our whole body.
