How can we better manage our anxiety? In this episode, I will be talking about the three main components of anxiety and some coping strategies that can be used on the go.
Kind reminder: positive psychology is the study of human strengths and flourishing, whereas toxic positivity is the belief that people should maintain a positive mindset no matter how bad, sad, or challenging a situation is. Toxic positivity is a red flag.
