Greed (Latin: avaritia), a sin of desire. greed an artificial, rapacious desire and pursuit of material possessions.
I know you have all heard this saying ..."Less is more and MORE is LESS"...more or less RIGHT...LOL.
In the past, in my immature mind, I would rationalize AWAY this saying to be WRONG!!!... How could you not more want and need more and more and as much money as possible...RIGHT? AND, LESS of anything can leave you UNPREPARED AND INSECURE. AND, I would give you a laundry list...food, money, homes, clothes, cars, time, life...sounds right...to a 16 year-old.
SO, MY RATIONAL...was to live by the motto..."MORE IS MORE AND MORE IS BETTER AND GREAT! LESS IS DUMB AND STUPID."
I was greedy. Although, in my mind, I felt like I was being practical. I don't come from money and I saw, experienced, and lived by putting pennies together to make a dollar. Remember that saying make a "dollar out of 15 cents...lol.
Let's talk about how greed is really about you not feeling that you are enough because you are!
