Joe is as dedicated and professional as they come. He has forged a career within Team GB's Sprint program and has coached Para athletes to success in major games. He is able to look at disability through a different lease, seeing ability and not disability and he explains how he manages to connect with the athletes he has coached.
We talk about athlete performance and preparation, the effects C-19 has had on the Paralympic build up and how he seeks opportunity in everyone to build cohesion.
