The BLADE System: A 4-part mental toughness system designed to sharpen your abilities as a man:

  • Purge: Remove distractions and bad habits (e.g., porn, social media, alcohol).
  • Oath: Commit to something new that benefits your growth (e.g., journaling, learning a skill).
  • Crucible: Push yourself to do something uncomfortable or fearful (e.g., cold showers, speaking to strangers).
  • Rigor: Focus on small, daily tasks and details (e.g., picking up litter, complimenting someone).

Rules for the BLADE System:

  • The task you choose must challenge you. Only you will know if it does.
  • Choose tasks that challenge you and are not already part of your routine.
  • Complete all 4 tasks for 30 days to earn a “Blade.” Failure to complete any means no Blade until all 4 for that round have been completed.
  • If you fail, must retry with the same task. No changing it.
  • You must write down the the rules and details of each task and adhere to that 100%.

Once one cycle of all 4 has been completed, you must choose new tasks and run it back again.
