Today's episode is about mom guilt. Unfortunatel I don't share the magical antidot on how to get rid of it, nor do I think one exist. I share my current situation and how I had to talk myself into doing something for me that didn't directly benefit my family. Getting through mom guilt is a moment by moment, situational sensitive thing. This episode is unplanned, unscripted and a little bit of therapy to reaffirm that setting aside my mom guilt to go out alone and live my best life in a new city for one weekend is ok! The herb of the day ties it all together.
