There's a shit ton of confusion about mindfulness. As more of us search for ways to feel less stressed, disconnected, addicted, and distracted, mindfulness can offer a way of life that's a total game changer. But how do you start practicing when you don't really know what it is? This week, I'm clearing up the confusion and democratizing the hell out of mindfulness.
