A somatic theatre for the imagination. Come with me into the deep forest and offer your emotional pain to the Greater Cycle in nature that repurposes, renews, and rebirths all emotional ache. This is a 15-minute poetic talk, a 17-minute guided visualization meditation, and a short conclusion to help you see the purpose of your pain.
