In this quick poddy today we're going to go over who NOT to take advice from and conflict after being diagnosed. If someone hasn't already walked in your shoes and come out successful on the other side - why are we listening to their advice? Also, family members and friends can hold resentment to us as we may have done things to those people in our mania/depressive states that we should apologize for. Take ownership of this thing, and apologize when needed!
