In this Tuesday Tidbit episode of SelfKind with Erica Webb (that's me!), I'm talking about how expecting to fail can be rather free-ing.

- how expecting to fail is not the same as not trying
- how failing isn't really failure
- why questioning the automatic binary thinking of your mind is important
- how accepting your own imperfection can open space for more options (including self-compassion)
- why perfectionistic tendencies can lead us to feel like we're bad when we don't live up to them.
