Do you feel anxious and stressed? Do you worry about future situations that haven't happened yet? Do you worry if you allow yourself to experience these feelings you'll fall into a deep hole and never come out? So was I! So much so that I lost sleep over it. So I went deep into the hole and came out and now I'm here telling you about it!
In this episode, I go through a process that has helped me deal with anxiety, stress, overwhelm and feelings of grief. I discuss how I usually try to avoid feeling these feelings and what happened to me when I stopped running.
