She talks about her life challenges, dealing with depression, questioning your life choices, and her experience in a romantic relationship that lasted for 16 years; almost half of her life. She also mentions therapy and authors like Abraham Hicks and Eckhart Tolle, that helped her achieve the lever of clarity she has today.
On this new project, Sandra will reveal 16 new compositions that were written about her past relationship, as well as talk about the mental and emotional processes she was going through and how she interprets those songs with the awareness she has now.
