In this spoken word/meditative poetry I'm sharing my lived experience and opening up about my struggles with mental health and depression.
Everybody's journey is different. Depression doesn't look the same for everyone. What works for one person may not work for someone else.This is my personal creative expression of my lived experience.
I've shared spoken word for many years, it's something that I will continue on my podcast to bring awareness to mental health and end the stigma.
