There was a time when my to-do list ruled every waking moment, and my own needs were scribbled at the very bottom—if they made the list at all. I've since discovered that the secret to sustained energy and productivity isn't more coffee; it's self-care and mindfulness.

We all know that feeling of being pulled in a million different directions and the guilt that sometimes accompanies putting ourselves first. I'm here to remind you that self-compassion isn't just a luxury; it's an essential tool that fuels our resilience and prevents burnout.
