We are delighted to welcome David Rosling from Keep the Heid a group that set out to break the stigma around men’s mental wellbeing and created a peer-to-peer group where guys could feel safe to talk openly about how they felt. To provide a safe space to talk about their struggles whether it be mood, depression, suicide, low self-esteem, grief, abuse, or addiction and ultimately to find connection.
