This brain snack was inspired by one of my friends here in San Diego who has been a part of our fitness community and our Accountability Club all the way back since we started it in January 1st. She is a health coach as well and runs her own health coaching business called Tasty Transformations. Every morning, Samara drinks a health drink…

When she told me this, I started to look into the benefits of celery… personally… I have only thought of celery as a delivery device to get as much peanut butter into my mouth as possible at once. But today, I want to talk about why we should love celery, it’s health potental, and how to consume it in your diet for maximum health benefits
