Holiday season is in full swing and as we all know, the fun, festivities and family time comes with its own flavor of stress. In today’s episode I discuss three ways to manage holiday stress, that (spoiler alert) work all year long:
* How to ditch perfectionism by making peace with ‘good enough’,
* Understanding how to stop you brain's natural tendency to spiral into negativity,
* And, how to be more present and why that's so important (and offer a few mindfulness exercises to assist in this).
