On this episode I am joined by the wonderful Abi Fenton, a qualified hypnotherapist and reiki master and someone who has personally helped me to overcome a phobia.
Abi spent 11 years of her career working as a special needs teacher, before her own personal journey with anxiety and poor mental health, led her to discover holistic therapies and she eventually trained in hypnotherapy, reiki, inner child healing, IEMT, NLP and reflexology and completely changed career, setting up her own business in 2018 and going from strength to strength.
We talk about her own journey, as well as understanding exactly what hypnotherapy and reiki are and how they can be used to overcome phobias, anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges. Plus, she shares some incredible client transformations that she is proud to have bene an integral part of.
