I had a great discussion with Dr. John Chuback.
As the vibrant colors of fall emerge, it's not just the landscape that changes - our bodies undergo transformations as well. Dr. Chuback recommends eating seasonal foods like pumpkins, apples, and sweet potatoes which are not only delicious but packed with nutrients that support your circulatory system.
"Fall introduces a bounty of heart-healthy seasonal produce that can help maintain strong circulation," he states. "These foods are packed with fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins that support healthy blood flow, helping to keep your circulatory system in top condition.
