Michelle Pellizzon is a certified health coach, holistic nutritionist, and personal trainer who specializes in helping her clients transform their bodies and brains for the better.

She is the Fitness + Nutrition Editor for Thrive Market, and most recently authored Thrive's first print publication, "The 5-Day Thrive Detox", a Paleo-friendly detoxification program.

A former professional dancer and Boston-qualifying marathoner, Michelle lives what she teaches her clients: Intuitive eating combined with nutrition science can help you unlock your body's full potential—it's all about finding your personal formula.

She received her bachelor's degree from New York University and certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
