BRAVERY is the heart of a Spiritual Warrior and sees us pushing through our fears, doubts and concerns, be it for ourselves or others, to complete a task even when the task is not aligned with our authentic selves. In contrast, COURAGE is the heart of a Spiritual Revolutionary where we meet a task from a space of Love and non-resistance, causing no harm to ourselves or others.
With the courage of Love, we widen the gap between our trigger and our response. This way, we can see and be aware of the moments we get it right, and when we do mess up, we can open to compassion and the beauty of the moment beyond our unhealthy ego-bound justifications driven by shame, guilt or blame.
Life is filled with chaos and challenges. How we show up and move through this turbulence in the world makes all the difference!
