Today's tip is about scheduling. How important is scheduling when others are involved as a caregiver? Very important! There are many ways to handle scheduling, however its important that you find an approach that works best for you. As caregivers, we often forget about ourselves and our own needs, so scheduling makes it easier to plan ahead and address concerns. Let me know if this helps and share what you do for scheduling.
