Improving communication involves several key strategies:

1 I Active Listening: Focus on what the other person is saying without interrupting. Show that you are listening through nodding and verbal acknowledgments.

2 I Clarity and Conciseness: Be clear and to the point. Avoid using jargon or complex language that might confuse the listener.

3 I Nonverbal Cues: Pay attention to body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice. These can convey as much meaning as words.

4 I Empathy: Try to understand the perspective and emotions of the other person. This builds rapport and trust.
