At the age of 45 and at the pinnacle of her career, Karen finally said 'Enough is Enough' and began her transition as a trans woman. She chats openly and honestly about her life from childhood, growing up through the troubles in Northern Ireland and her unhappiness with the body she was born with. It is a heartfelt story told with guts and determination. Her journey is a remarkable, informative and educational one for everyone to hear.
