I mention our fight-or-flight response quite often in the podcast, so I thought it would be a good idea to dedicate and entire episode on why we have that response, what is going on inside our body, and some of the effects it has on our overall health. While this response was key for our survival as a species, its sometimes going into over drive in our daily lives, in situations that are far from life or death.
